Chris Tucker’s ongoing tax problems have reached Nicolas Cage proportions — according to new docs, the “Rush Hour” star now owes the IRS more than $11 million in back taxes.

The Internal Revenue Service filed documents with the L.A. County Recorder’s Office yesterday, which show Tucker owes $11,571,909.26 in federal taxes for the years 2001, 2002 and 2004 through 2006.

Here’s how it all breaks down:

2006 — $1,788,080.91

But this isn’t Tucker’s first issue with taxes — as we previously reported, the State of California filed a lien against Tucker for allegedly not paying $3,594,409 in state taxes over the same time span.

FYI — Back in 2001, Tucker reportedly took in a $20 million payday for “Rush Hour 2″ and scored $25 million for “Rush Hour 3″ … which hit theaters in 2007.

Tucker hasnt released a film since 2007 when he did Rush hour 3.

Well, it’s happened. Receiver Terrell Owens has agreed to terms with the Bengals.

Per a league source, Owens will receive a base salary of $2 million. He can earn up to another $2 million in incentives.

(We reported it first, scooping even the OCNN, which put the word out several minutes after us.)

The source says that the incentives are based on receptions, yards, and touchdowns.

Given that the Bengals didn’t really have a need at the position and in light of the franchise’s reputation for being extremely careful with money, it’s a good deal for Owens. He gets more than twice the veteran minimum for a player of his experience, and though the specific triggers for the $2 million are not yet known, it’s our understanding that if he performs like he did last year in Buffalo (55 catches, 829 yards, five touchdowns), he’ll earn most of the money.

That said, the decision to tie that much money to performance could create friction, if Owens isn’t on the field as much as he believes he needs to be. But the Bengals likely know this, and the decision potentially reflects a concession that Antonio Bryant isn’t going to be what they thought he was going to be.

As expected former UFC light-heavyweight champions Lyoto Machida (16-1 MMA, 8-1 UFC) and Quinton “Rampage” Jackson (30-8 MMA, 5-2 UFC) have agreed to meet for an upcoming fight.

MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) first reported the matchup and November event date, which is expected to be UFC 123, earlier this month.

Today, Machida confirmed the fight via Twitter, though he didn’t specify the fight date.

UFC 123 takes place Nov. 20, and the Machida vs. Jackson fight is expected to headline the show. Sources told MMAjunkie.com a few potential host cities are under consideration for the event.

The fight obviously will have major implications on the UFC light-heavyweight title picture.

Jackson, a former UFC champ who won the belt with a knockout of Chuck Liddell in 2007, looks to bounce back from a May loss to nemesis and “The Ultimate Fighter 10″ rival coach Rashad Evans at UFC 114. Prior to the loss, which ended a 14-month layoff, Jackson had earned back-to-back victories over Keith Jardine and Wanderlei Silva. The pair of victories followed the loss of his belt to Forrest Griffin.

Machida, meanwhile, also looks to bounce back from a loss – the first defeat of his career. “The Dragon” was knocked out in the first round of his May rematch with Mauricio “Shogun” Rua and relinquished his belt in the process. Prior to the defeat, Machida had earned eight-straight UFC wins, including a UFC 98 knockout of Evans that earned him the title.
