You have to start somewhere. Your not going to get ripped over night but slowey work on your self and it will show. We can all find 20 min to get some exercise.
The work out. Arms
Try to 3 to 4 set of 8 -12 reps. If you can increase the weight do it, if not just make sure to complete the program
At the Gym:
Alternating Dumbbell Curls: Grab a dumbbell in each hand and let arm each hang at your sides. Slowly curl the dumbbell in your left hand trying to touch it to your left shoulder.
Barbell Curls Using a shoulder-width grip, grasp a barbell with an underhand grip. Stand up straight with your feet about shoulder width apart. Curl the bar up toward your chest in an arc, keeping your elbows locked in the same place close to your sides.
Single Arm Cable CurlsHold a stirrup handle attached to a low pulley machine with your left hand using an underhand grip. Slowly curl the handle up so as to try and touch your hand to your shoulder.
Reverse Grip Barbell Curls Grab a relatively light barbell and use an overhand grip. Keep your elbows tucked in, but push them back behind you. Curl the barbell up keeping it in contact with your torso, so as to drag it up and over your torso.
With your left over time hit a cardio machine.
