Work Hard Play Hard

Want to Party! That’s fine just work out just as hard! The work hard play hard work out routine is actually okay by some doctors and trainers. Do your normal cardio and work out routine and add these penalties to it and you’ll stay healthy. So party all you want just know what comes along with it!

Party Substance Penalty
1 Drinks/Shot = Cardio 10 minutes
Fast Food = Cardio 15 minutes
Packs of Cigarettes = Cardio 20 minutes

Going to Vegas in 2 weeks and you’re fat? We have the diet that will get you into Rehab feeling like a champ!

You never want to be the loser with a cut off shirt or a tank top at the pool area. They just look like losers and no chicks will jump on board. It’s better to have man boobs and accept your fatness than to cover it up!

Egg whites only have .06% of fat grams and only 17 calories per! Eat 5-7 for lunch and dinner for two weeks and have a protein shake in the mornings and in betweens meals. You can add veggies and turkey to the egg whites to mix it up. This alone will help you drop those extra few pounds you need. To get it really going you want to do cardio in the mornings before you eat anything. That will burn off what you have for dinner and start your day. It is also suggested that you burn 300% more fat in a morning workout then afternoon or night.

So hit the gym crash diet and feel more comfortable to take your shirt off and spit to girls. Cause what happen in Vegas, stays in Vegas. Except for Herpes, that will come back with you! See Rehab Pictures

Push Up’s Anyone?

fat-twlight-guy-thumbnailSo if you didn’t go to the gym or work out in the mooring then push yourself to do it tonight. It will be crowed at the gym because every Monday you get about 50 people saying they are starting but fall off by Wednesday. Don’t fall off.

Cardio cardio cardio..

Hit the elliptical for 15 min. but don’t stay at the same pace the entire time. Warm up for 5 min then put some resistance on. Go hard for 90 seconds then soft for 60. Make sure you feel something.

Get on the treadmill. Do the same thing as the elliptical and Switch it up a little. Another 15 min is fine. Make it go at an incline for a little then up the speed and bring it back. Switching it up is a good way to get your heart going.

Not at the gym then run, walk or jog slowly. Find a hill you can walk up but make sure you feel it.

Were not professionals so see a doc or get real advise on what to do. Just don’t be lazy. The girls you go after want an active guy or at least to see some motivation.

Just how you want a chick with a smoking body, the girls want the same thing.

Wednesday work out 11 – 10 -2010.

You have to start somewhere. Your not going to get ripped over night but slowey work on your self and it will show. We can all find 20 min to get some exercise.

The work out. Arms
Try to 3 to 4 set of 8 -12 reps. If you can increase the weight do it, if not just make sure to complete the program
At the Gym:
Alternating Dumbbell Curls: Grab a dumbbell in each hand and let arm each hang at your sides. Slowly curl the dumbbell in your left hand trying to touch it to your left shoulder.
Barbell Curls Using a shoulder-width grip, grasp a barbell with an underhand grip. Stand up straight with your feet about shoulder width apart. Curl the bar up toward your chest in an arc, keeping your elbows locked in the same place close to your sides.
Single Arm Cable CurlsHold a stirrup handle attached to a low pulley machine with your left hand using an underhand grip. Slowly curl the handle up so as to try and touch your hand to your shoulder.
Reverse Grip Barbell Curls Grab a relatively light barbell and use an overhand grip. Keep your elbows tucked in, but push them back behind you. Curl the barbell up keeping it in contact with your torso, so as to drag it up and over your torso.

With your left over time hit a cardio machine.
